We offer flat-rate international shipping on all Suryo orders: 

€15 for Zone 1 – Asia & Oceania
€25 for Zone 2 – Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States of America

Please allow one week for production, and 5 business days for delivery via express international courier.

All international orders are delivered with duties and taxes paid.

Returns 

Each Suryo bag is made-to-order and crafted exclusively for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept refunds. We happily offer exchanges for alternate styles or colours, subject to availability.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a prompt replacement.
